Shipping Policy

1. Overview
At My Brand Hub, we strive to deliver your beauty and personal care products — including Skin Care, Hair Care, Body Care, Perfumes, Soaps, and more — as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will be delivered.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
5. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60–₹99 will be applied at checkout, depending on your location.
6. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and other reputed logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by:
- Logging into your My Brand Hub account and visiting "My Orders"
- Contacting us at support@mybrandhub.in with your order number
8. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items such as perfumes and glass containers are given extra protective packaging.
9. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. After that, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
- If the order cannot be re-delivered, a refund may be issued after deducting the shipping cost.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@mybrandhub.in with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged package/product (if applicable)
We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
