Cancellation and Refund Policy

At MyBrandHub, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

        You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

        To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at support@mybrandhub.in with your Order ID.

        If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

        Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the product (subject to our return eligibility criteria below).

1.2 Cancellation by MyBrandHub

        MyBrandHub reserves the right to cancel any order due to: stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment failures, suspicion of fraud, or inability to deliver to certain locations.

        In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

        You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered)

        You received a damaged or defective product

        The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery

        The product packaging is tampered or broken upon delivery

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

        Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

        Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories

        Products purchased during clearance sales or marked as 'non-returnable' on the product page

        Intimate care products (for hygiene reasons)

        Products not purchased from mybrandhub.in

2.3 Return Request Timeframe

        Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

        Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

2.4 How to Initiate a Return

        Email us at support@mybrandhub.in with your Order ID, the reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

        Our customer support team will review your request within 2 business days.

        If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the product back to us, depending on your location.

        Please do not return any product without prior approval from our team.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued in the following situations:

        Cancellation of unshipped orders

        Approved return requests for wrong, damaged, or defective products

        Orders cancelled by MyBrandHub due to stock or operational reasons

3.2 Refund Method

        Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

        For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credits.

        Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected, or within 5–7 business days for pre-shipment cancellations.

        Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3.3 Partial Refunds

        In cases where only part of the order is eligible for a refund (e.g., one item out of multiple ordered items), we will process a partial refund for the eligible item(s) only.

4. Exchange Policy

MyBrandHub does not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Disputes and Escalations

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our customer support team, you may escalate the matter by emailing us at support@mybrandhub.in with the subject line "Escalation – [Order ID]". We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
